She is the Founder & CEO of Restore2Rebuild, LLC, a school culture and organizational development consultancy that partners with schools, districts, universities, nonprofits, and community organizations to strengthen the systems, practices, and relationships that shape culture.
Throughout her career, Tracey has served as a teacher, instructional coach, assistant principal, school culture and climate leader, adjunct professor, and district-level leader within a large urban school system. These experiences have given her a unique perspective on school culture, from the classroom to school leadership to district-level systems change.
Her approach to safety and belonging extends beyond traditional discipline or school climate initiatives. Tracey integrates restorative practices, social-emotional learning, student voice, trauma-sensitive practices, MTSS, conflict resolution, leadership development, and data-informed culture strategies to help organizations address both the relationships and systems that influence how people experience their communities.
Through Restore2Rebuild, Tracey helps leaders move from reacting to problems to intentionally building the conditions that prevent them. Her work includes professional learning, leadership coaching, culture and climate strategy, restorative systems development, conflict resolution, youth empowerment, family engagement, and organizational consulting.
As a national speaker and facilitator, Tracey challenges audiences to think differently about what it means to create safe and connected communities. Her approach combines research, strategy, lived professional experience, and practical implementation, bridging the gap between what organizations aspire to become and what people actually experience every day.
Tracey also serves in higher education as an adjunct professor and has supported the development of educators, administrators, and emerging leaders through restorative justice, equity, school culture, and workforce development initiatives.
